Addressing Preventable Foot Health Challenges

AG Thermal Products was created to address preventable foot problems caused by heat, moisture, friction, and bacterial exposure. These factors often lead to ulcers, infections, and long-term complications. Our goal is to create textiles that actively support healthier skin environments.

Engineered for High-Risk Daily Wear

AG Thermal products are intended for individuals who place constant demands on their feet. These users benefit from advanced protection, comfort, and durability designed for daily wear.

  • Patients with diabetes or neuropathy

  • Healthcare professionals working long shifts

  • Military personnel and athletes

  • Construction, postal, and industrial workers

Proprietary Yarn Based Textile Engineering

All AG Thermal socks are 100% made in the USA. Domestic manufacturing supports quality control, reliability, and material consistency. Every product reflects a commitment to durable medical-grade construction.

Temperature Regulation Through Phase Change Material

The first fiber uses micro-encapsulated Phase Change Material developed with Outlast® technology. It absorbs excess heat, stores it, and releases it back as needed. This process maintains skin temperature within approximately ±2 degrees and reduces perspiration by up to 44%.

It’s the same technology that NASA uses in space suits to keep astronauts warm.

Long-Lasting Intrinsic Antimicrobial Protection

The second fiber contains non-nano silver salts molten directly into the fiber during production. Silver disrupts microbial chemical bonds, causing bacteria to break down and die on contact. Because the silver is intrinsic to the fiber, it does not wash off or wear away.

Structural Features Supporting Skin Protection

AG Thermal socks incorporate structural features chosen to protect sensitive skin and support circulation. These elements reduce friction, manage moisture, and protect pressure points during extended wear.

  • Cushioned terry weave sole from heel to toe

  • Flat, low-profile toe seam to minimize abrasion

  • Mesh vented top for breathability

  • Mild graduated compression for circulation support

  • Arch support for stability

  • Non-restrictive upper for all-day comfort
